Teri has over 20 years of real estate experience on a personal and professional investment level, as well as leading a first-time home buyer through the entire purchasing process to include pre-approval. Teri has been Buying, Selling, Leasing real estate in Texas since 2011. Prior to moving to Texas in 2004, Teri worked with several investors in Seattle, Washington, where she grew up and was educated, graduating from Western Washington University with a bachelor's degree, majoring in Human Services and a minor in legal and financial studies. Since moving to Texas, Teri has enhanced her real estate expertise in real estate financing with the understanding of the mortgage approval process and partnering with many lenders in the DFW area, and nationally. Teri has spent the last 8 years leading clients through the legal credit restoration and mortgage approval process turning home ownership into realty for many that might not otherwise be able to achieve the American Dream of home ownership. Teri resides in Parker, Texas, but spends a significant amount of time in Mansfield, Texas with her son, daughter-in-law, and grandson.
