Christie Huls

Christie Huls comes to Competitive Edge Realty having 5 years experience with another broker. She has been specializing in helping clients (either upgrading or downsizing) by simultaneously closing on both the sale of their current property and purchasing the next with her proven aggressive Real Estate personality. The transition being very delicate, difficult and complex, where special attention must be payed to the many moving parts all at once, Christie is well equipped to endure and succeed. Residential real estate is her main arena, but she is planning to some day become a broker and possibly work in commercial real estate. Christie is married and has two children. For leisure she coaches her kids' teams as much as possible. She loves going to the YMCA where she feels at home with her friends and gets her day started there. She enjoys volunteering in many arenas but also loves gardening and pretty much any team sport.
