Chilia was there for us the entire process: from showing us multiple listings, going to showings for us, being there for the inspection, doing all the negotiations with the seller’s agent, and finally, closing on the house. Chilia was responsive, patient, knowledgeable, honest, and always had a positive attitude. There were many challenges with this home buying process. My mom, brother, and myself all live in different cities and it was extremely difficult to coordinate information. On top, there were language barriers and information gaps. Firstly, my mom speaks Chinese but my brother and I speak mainly English. Secondly, while my mom has purchased properties before, it was never to the same extend as this purchase, so she needed help from me to review all documents. Lastly, as my brother was the only person physically close to Carrolton, he was the one who was present for the showings. Despite these challenges, Chilia remained loyal and focused. She never criticized and only patiently answered all of our questions one by one. We could not have asked for a better real estate agent! It was such a pleasure to work with Chilia and Competitive Edge Realty is lucky to have her as an agent.
